Inventory

Purpose 

Take inventory and find out which products should be ordered and in what quantities.

Procedure steps 

1. Go to Inventory page. Choose US. Click Download report - Generate report. Download it.

2. Go to Neo Inventory Spreadsheet:

• Create copy of last sheet. Rename it like {current month} . {current year}
  (e.g. 09.23)

• Clear columns Units Sold 30, Ordered, AMA Total units, mine INV,
  Total left -> ..., ASIN check

• Create new empty sheet (it's intermediate, at the end delete it).
  Import report into this  sheet.
  Bold &  freeze 1 Row (View - Freeze - 1 Row)

• Sort by Supplier column, A>Z

• Delete all rows that are not in the  Inventory  table (Usually, their SKU starts with 5040_)

3. Insert these columns from your sheet to Inventory table
   (use CTRL + SHIFT + V to save format):

•  ASIN -> ASIN check.
  Make sure all items match.

• Total Units -> AMA Total Units

•  Units Sold Last 30 days ->  Units Sold 30
  For all items: if AMA Total = 0, then copy Units Sold 30 cell from previous month

4. Go to mineINV sheet, copy the column. Insert it into Inventory table.

5. Go to  Internal Inventory Report:

• Copy  column  Total left & insert  into the Inventory table.

• Open Inventory table sheet. Scroll down to ordered items info.
  If status of the order is DONE, leave Ordered column empty.
  If not, sum all orders with status IN PROGRESS & insert into the Ordered column.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for Canada Inventory Table (choose CA in Amazon!)
   BUT instead of Factory released order check column that contains words 'Ship' and 'CA' (which means 'Shipment for Canada')
